Terms & Conditions

• All orders must be picked up within 15 days of their due date. After 15 days, the company will increase the storage fee to 12% per month. The company will not be responsible for clothing after 90 days of delivery.

• The company will not be liable for any loss or damage to any personal belongings left in the clothes.

• Customers are asked to count the clothes at the time of delivery and notify the delivery executive If any articles are missing. After the delivery has been accepted. the company will not be liable for any such claims.

• Claims for quality issues will be valid only for 7days after delivery.

• Customers must pay the entire amount after the order has been successfully delivered.

• After the order Is created, the customer will receive an SMS with the exact bill amount.

• All detachable garment accessories will be counted as separate items and charged separately.

• The compensation amount for any loss or damage to a garment shall not exceed ten times the garment’s invoice value. Only valid for orders paid for with The Laundry Mill Mobile App.

• The company is not responsible for colour bleeds in the Laundry. It is not recommended that you give clothes that may bleed colour in the laundry. You may, however, use It for any cleaning.

• We are not liable for colour bleeding, shrinkage, or damage to embellishments or embroidery work on the items.

• Pick-up and drop-off services will be provided at the store’s discretion.

• The store will do its best to deliver the clothes on the agreed-upon date, but the date may occasionally change depending on store load.
